The essence of cool climate Aussie Shiraz. Spicy dark fruits with white pepper and aniseed. Delicious! 👍🏽

This is really great juice. On the nose, imagine a new tyre or the smell of new tennis balls when you pop the pressurised can overlaid with spice and fragrant herbs. Palate is smooth with a long finish, perfect balance of fruit, liquorice, cloves and violet candy. Shiraz from the cooler Canberra region seems to have allowed some great complexity to develop and even bring a French edge to the wine. I recommend this one.

Brimming with white and black pepper, black fruits and subtle oak. In a good drinking window now.

Love it .. Just how I like a cool climate Shiraz to be. Medium bodied, savoury with a taste of spice, a hint of sourness, firm with sandy tannin and long finish. Will be getting more.

Delicate and French-like for an Australian Shiraz. I guess Canberra is cooler than Barossa Valley which makes this a delightfully smooth and balanced wine.

Stunning. Screaming lovage and white pepper, very herbal mouthfeel and long mineralic finish.
