Pale yellow white, excellent clarity. Chrysanthemum and non-diesel-like Riesling notes in nose. Litchi, lemon and lime flavors. Light to moderate skin astringency in finish, slight seed bitterness. Lemon lime aftertaste that evolves after an hour into a spicy malic aftertaste. Rounded mouthfeel, good acidity, crisp and refreshing. This would be a fun Riesling to taste blind versus a citrusy Gruner Veltliner, similar yet this being distinctly a Riesling in character. Almost worth decanting but just spend a couple of hours nursing this one until the bottle is drained. Don’t overchill
