Jun 1st, 2019An old favorite from my days living on the Central Coast. Pale yellow white, excellent clarity. Perfume, citrus peel and litchi on the nose. Crisp, mineral finish, some stone fruit and lemon flavors. Very dry, should be great with food. Paired well with a Vermont raclette-style cheese. With time, creamy lees and apricot skin flavors emerged as well.
