Based on past reviews, I bought this one for cooking. Guess what, its a good sipper too.
On the nose clean and fresh, slightly citrus.
Taste is lemon and kiwi. Not as dry as most
SB's, but no complaints.
Paired with spicy shrimp, toasted french bread and mixed veggies.
A nice production wine to have on hand.
