A very unique sipping gin. The amber colour is due to a maceration of cranberries, sour cherries and rose petals which are also apparent on the nose. The finish is peppery and light with hints of peppermint. A nice sipping gin as a digestif on the rocks. It’s flavour is complex yet well balanced. Winner of Best Flavoured Gin for Canada at the World Gin awards 2019 and runner up for World’s Best Flavoured Gin 2019.
