Can't smell the nose yet because its too cold, but nice clean crisp unoaked chard as of now. Surprised how much I like it so far.

Complex, med-intense nose of white peach, pineapple, and lemon zest. The lemon comes through on the palate, followed by grapefruit rind and a slight mineral finish. Good with food on a hot day, but not exceptional.
