In Idaho for a wedding and needed to try some local wines. After a 12 hr travel day from south jersey to Ketchum....this paired with a local grass feed brie & fig topped burger is much needed. BlackBerry, plum, bacon fat, olive tapenade, and smoked meats. This could go against any old world syrah. Highly enjoyable.
