Himmel auf Erden Scheurebe - Pinot Blanc Blend

Singular stuff. Cloudy mid yellow. Bruised apple, apricot and depth. Highly recommended if you have a bit of adventure in your soul.

Tasty. Much better second time tasting.

A lot of cidery-ness. Fresh clean energy

Very focused acidity, light and a bit astringent. The fruit profile is not quite ripe, keeping the wine on the fresh side of things. Clean as a whistle during three days.
