Hate to do this, but think Merry Edwards,m except not as creamy and much higher acidity. In any case, absolutely wonderful.

Delighted to report this baby is aging very gracefully. I hoped and dreamed it would!

As it is

I had such high hopes for this one as I love the producer. Unfortunately it was flabby, thick, almost like cough syrup. Maybe I had a bad bottle.
