With just a hint of perlant the first thing that comes to mind is....ah, so that’s what minty grapefruit is meant to taste like. To seek beyond what this wine delivers is simply to lose the plot. That said, this MdB was a perfect match with baked steelhead trout drizzled in a pomegranate molasses glaze.
