Aromas of watermelon, cherry, hibiscus and green tea florals. Fair bit of sweetness on the palate, but good length and solid minerals. Overall this has impeccable balance.

Definitely a rosé for the cellar; was better after a week open as the sugar integrated and more complex notes began to emerge.
