2008 vintage and the brightness and tension remains. Screw cap closure has kept this fresh and the vineyard produces some focused fruit that if fermented completely dry would give hard bitting acid I think. What a great place to showcase Riesling.

Retasting this vintage. Pale yellow white, excellent clarity. Diesel and pine notes in nose. Label notes white floral, citrus, stone and Turkish delight (?) flavors; I’d add diesel, Riesling and creamy leesy flavors with moderate skin astringency. Nice acidity, dry to off-dry. Aging well but alas, my last bottle... 200 cases made

light yellow; lime peel, pear, honeysuckle, petrol; slightly viscous mouthfeel, off dry with 1.2% residual sugar, bright acidity, only 12.1% ABV; nice painting with homemade ramen bowls

Pale yellow white in color. Litchi, citrus floral and diesel notes in nose. Citrus, floral, tart nectarine, some minerality in mouth. Semidry, good acid. Dry, slightly creamy, leesy finish. Well made

Still very fresh with long life ahead nose somewhat muted and dominated by petrol, green apple white flowers and minerals with a hint of savory herbs, but palate is fresh and juicy with lime, tangerine, and apple jolly rancher adding to those secondary notes. Off dry but with very strong acidity to compliment. Not transcendent but very tasty
