This wine is revelatory. I have not had a Beaujolais that has aged so well or taken on such a unique character. The intense, ripe, tangy Gamay fruit is there, but is both mellowed a bit and conversely is very intense. Also, of course, loads of crushed granite. In the mouth, it has more of a Bordeaux or Burgundy mouthfeel, not hard crunchy Beaujolais. Great acidity and length. Wonderful purity.

A monumental Beaujolais wine, this is one for the ages. Perfect in every way...nose, palate, texture, fruit, finish....best Bojo experience for me ever...not even kidding here when I say this is next level wine.

My wine of the vintage and it never fails to blow me away. Beautiful nose of ripe cherries, licorice, minerals, earth, tree bark, cranberry and more. Just a massive aromatic spectrum. Palate just slays. Super elegant and ripe with depth, admirable power and structure and undeniable freshness. Sweet fruit and such refinement. A bit more closed than my last bottle out of the gates but only needs 30 minutes to get going.
