Château Thivin
Cuvée Zaccharie Côte de Brouilly Gamay
Heavenly nose, spice, red cherry, blackberry, a sick perfume, smells like a great Burgundy. Earthy, mineral, mint, just so evocative. Gorgeous but closed. Concentrated and pure, elegant, only showing 15% of its fruit. Will open. Super earthy and complex. But needs one hour.

Elegant and so finesse driven. Insane freshness. Red fruits and super mineral infused and so fucking clean. What acid. Really tannic. Needs 3-4 hours or 10-15 years. It's all there.
After 2-3 hours of air this has gotten extraordinarily unreal. Sweet fruit. Crunchy like a Roumier. Stunning clarity and precision. This is seeing.

Dark fruit, meaty, spicy oak, definitely resinous. Crisp but too firm, over-extracted.
