Drank 2 days old, couldn’t remember the first time because I was already drunk after monzushi. deep ruby. medium intensity on the nose with cherries, floral notes, oak?, Haney/ leathery. Dry, Acidity high, alcohol medium, tannins medium, body medium. B 0.75 L 0.5 I 0.5 C 0.5 = 2.25 . I think the tannins are pretty rough still
