Needs some time to open. More savory than fruity with stemy notes, fennel, a slight peach note and huge granite like minerality. Dense and structured and a bit tight. Calmed down significantly on the second day with beautiful fruit laying over all the savory tones. Deep and dense.

This is hands down my favorite rosé on the planet. The '14 is super interesting and totally different than the last 7 years. Its mineral over tones and shrimp shells dominate the first notes. With saline and fennel in the background. DRINK IT! Smells like the sea.

These are a few of my favorite things! The 2015 pradeaux was the hit. Rich and meaty, voluptuous AF. The Rosso fresco, a friulian inspired blend from Channing Daughters, stalwart producer in the North Fork of Long Island, is a blend of like 16 different grapes, including oddball dornfelder. Very earthy and aromatic. Excellent with a chill.

Lovely. Fresh and a great palate cleanser to start with.

It seemed only appropriate to continue the rosé trajectory. Full flavored Cranberry ripe strawberry & sour cherry w spice on palate. More serious than your average pink sipper
