Top Notes For
Patrick Ayotte

Dark cherry color. Nose of black berries, ink, spices, earth and tobacco. On the palate it is silky but strenghtful, calling for juicy grilled red meat. Flavors of mulberries and blueberries, spices, red meat, touch of greens and earth. Still have life left. Very good (88)

From a 375ml bottle

Made of 90% Malbec (Cot) and 10% Merlot. Aged 18 months in tanks. Alcohol level of 13%
