For the longest time...I sought out this underpriced vintage as most thought it too hard and even 'green' as vintage was a brute. But LATOUR is epic and these tough years with age makes wonders to be seen and tasted...let it breath slowly and it's like tasting 5 wines in a bottle.

1975 what a treat. Clearly cassis and then some pencil and gentle smoke.

A study in symmetry, proportion and scale. Still fresh and lively with fruit to spare, juicy acidity and velvet mouthfeel.
