2016 open November 2023. Meh. This wine has faded. A hint of tobacco on the nose. Nothing happening on the front. It has a Very faint Tannic structure with a lot of sour end notes. This one goes down the drain.

Enjoyed this one. Was a WSJ wine so I never know what to expect. Quite dry but had hints of wood and vanilla. Cherry overtones all the way through. Enjoyed with stroganoff this evening and we did follow the directions and let it “breathe” for two hours before dinner. First sip was okay but had more depth with dinner. Not sure how much the food affected that. I would buy this again if I ever see it anywhere.

" it's intense and Frank color conveys greedy woody aromas with hints of pastry as well as red fruit notes. Its finish is vanilla flavored, thanks to its beautiful material coated with a plump roundness."

Very fruity with a medium body. I can really taste the plum notes. It’s dryer but not to much. Great to sip at the end of a long week!

I liked this wine. Had with the best beef jerky you will ever have. Not outstanding but very good. Maybe a little dry, but still nice. I’d drink it again.
