Again, hard to tell by the sample label at the winery but this is the Blanc and it's 66% Sauvignon and 34% semillon. Completely different than la mission HB which is right across the street! A more electric style featuring bright acidity, thanks to the racy Sauvignon. Elegant too. Wow, this is awesome to have both Fat and Fresh!
