Château Haut-Brion
Graves Red Bordeaux Blend
Tawny reddish brown. Notes of black fruit, rhubarb, earth, gravel stone and a little barnyard funk. Nice but not overly impactful in the mouth. Thin finish. Nice but no magic. Against two bigger wines this was just ok.

May 23rd, 2018Deeply aromatic. Bit of bricking in the glass. Incredible dark earth, mushroom, extremely well integrated tannins. Still pretty balanced between primary and secondary. Excellent with roast duck and mushrooms. Really very nice.
