L'annata è delle più favorevoli per il successo del vino. Si apre con profumi di polvere da sparo e leggero fumé , frutto maturo, mela cotogna , agrume. Bocca pulita e fresca pur con note burrose . Sapidità su tutto. Lungo finale. Assolutamente da aspettare qualche anno.

Slight Sulfur, which blew off. Ripe fruit. Soft acid. Decent mineralogy. Sounds ridiculous but more like a Meursault than Grand Cru Chablis.

This was excellent. Classic white Burg nose, ripe fruit and tempered oak on the palate. Low acid and subtle minerality for a Chablis, but well balanced. I'd drink this in the near term for best results.

Really nice balance of oak and fruit. Aged 18mo in barrels. Some caramel, honeysuckle, wet stone. Smith balanced palate, low-moderate acid, some roasted almond flavor
