Really excellent - smells a bit like Napa, ripe plum and currant with some new oak spice, but the palate takes it back to BDX, dry and earthy. The 8 years of age have made this really sing, with acid and tannins beautifully integrated. Great with a grilled hanger steak.

A very well balanced bordeaux. No complaints with anything technical. It just isn't fascinating in any way. Sort of like 2012 Mitt.
