Color is light for a Sauternes. Nose: pineapple, spices, something green - another tropical fruit? Green bananas? Green pepper! Tart apples. Taste: bright acidity, cane sugar, underripe fruit, nuts (almonds?), vanilla, allspice. Young and refreshing, but something vegetal - it almost tastes like sweet peppers. I like them older. But, still very good. Quite unusual. 92.
