Yum about an hour after opening, great nose, fruity notes, bit of pepper. Nice with chicken avacado daikon radish microgreens salad with TJ orange muscat champagne vinegar and sicilian evoo. Excellent with dessert if red pear and juicy strawberries.
Must try to not drink the whole bottle now. Got it at Volantes farmstand in Needham $10.99
