Pineapples and oranges top it off. While it can be a bit jammy, this is still a smooth, sleek Sauternes. Never degenerates into a syrupy goopy mess. Juicy with good minerality.
Candied fruit on the palate initially with more orange zest and lemon rind. The pineapples reappear and brings apricots with it. White flowers and subtle traces of almonds on the finish. Wonderful balance here throughout. Exquisite stuff.
