2019 vintage. The first vintage certified as organic and a great effort. Merlot dominates (62% of the vineyards, with 29% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot). Medium-bodied, elegant and fresh. Already very attractive, but should be better in 2 to 3 years. Eric Boissenot consults. Abv. 13%.

Delicious nose with creamy black currant, some red fruit, vanilla. Juicy palate with tobacco, smoke, oak and leather. Low acidity, clear tannins. Great complexity.
