Taillet sainte Anne brut. A nice Champagne with about a 60/40 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Light mousse with tiny bubbles this wine for its price is complex. Peach and melon flavors with citrus zest and a gentle nuttiness. Lively acidity with good balance. Long finish ending with yeasty notes.

A fun little surprise enjoyed at Cindy's Backstreet Kitchen after a very busy day. Spectacular to toast with!

Nice, but simple and a little bitter. I much prefer the single vineyard bottlings.

A blend of the three traditional champagne varieties, with the focused, linear sense of Chardonnay dominating. Very precise, very pure and showing a lot of finesse.
