Back to why I fell in love with wine at first! The Ripasso method comes from the city of Verona where Romeo and Juliet's tragedy takes place. With a bright ruby color, dry and sour fruit, pomegranate and rose. Long finish and med+ body, it's got a Love story to tell you #madewithlove

A complex wine that needs time to unfold. First Coravin-ed this wine to see what it was. Three weeks later, opened the bottle. Left 1 glass in the bottle, totally open overnight and that was the best one.

I was not super in to this one. There was a striking sour note I couldn’t get over.
