Quite possibly the most elegant wine I've tasted to date.

Disappointing! 😩
Maybe pop n pour was not a good idea?
91/100

Although significantly better on day two..., not up to my high expectations.
Up a few notches.

Darkish and cloudy red. Forest floor, dusted berries and dark cherry emerge from the glass with a touch of licorice. In the mouth the tannins are still present and the acidity is high. Very long finish with some leather notes. A marvelous brunello.

This was really an amazing wine. Could lay down for a lot longer yet was drinking so well now. Not overly tight and opened up really nice. Great nose and body. Just fantastic overall. Am excited to have more but will need to pace myself.

Traditional Brunello. Starting to brown around the edges. Softening tannins.
