2001 vintage. Served blind and I thought it was a young Burgundy. Oh well. Delicious wine. Beautiful nose of dried cherry and herbs. Firm, elegant and fine grained tannin. Very youthful.

OMG!! Everything you want in a top-flight Brunello. Power, grace, maturity, richness. Perfectly paired with roast duck. Acidity is still frickin bright...sexy velvet tannins...finish for days. Guess I liked it.........🤪
