Cruet Jacquére

Cool Savoie white, but frightfully young. Very musky / leesy now, but with all sorts of mineral / smoke / orchard fruit / herbs action underneath. This will be very very interesting with time. This worked with both charcuterie and fish tartare, with the salty / savory elements of the wine complementing the base flavors of each dish.

Lean and saline, pretty great. Paired with endless reruns of The West Wing 🤷🏼‍♂️
