Anne de K Schlossberg Grand Cru Pinot Gris

Aromatic aromas of citrus and ripe sweet stone fruits. On the palate melon and peach flavors with gentle sweetness. Medium finish with pleasant ending. Drinking well now. Nice Value!

Off dry, lychee, ripe pear, ripe Fuji apple, honey with medium high acidity.

Green apple, green vegetables, chrysanthemum, and maybe white flower? Not overly sweet, though the relatively low acidity makes the wine a bit dull. Very good texture.

2012,Cave Kientzheim Kayserberg, Anne de K, Schlossberg Grand Cru, Pinot Gris. Fresh peach and apricot, a little honey, a little residual sugar and good acidity.

Golden hue with honey and lemon notes. Glycerin and rich mouthfeel. Enjoyable but not great. Wonder if more time would help?

2012, Cave Kientzheim-Kaysersberg, Anne de K, Schlossberg Grand Cru Pinot Gris. Major acidity, little residual sugar, tangerine, nectarine. Excellent Alsace Grand Cru at a very good price.
