Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

This is compact and dense but not showing up with much fruit at this juncture. It was decanted 4 hours but it is just shut down. Hold. No rating.

Remarkably good Cabernet that exceeded my expectations. Lovely fruit and classic Stags Leap District suave texture. Most surprisingly, it is a single-vineyard Napa Cabernet made by Thomas Brown for $50. Really a terrific value.

Unlike the 2015 that took a full 2-3 days to open up, this is ready for business right now! Dark and delicious; very balanced.

Agree with Bill. Needs some time as it comes out quite acidic and needs to mellow. From Coravin, though oddly, it was much better the next day.
