Cherry red, very good clarity. Cherry, red currant aromas, light cherry flavor. Slight seed bitterness in aftertaste. After an hour, wintergreen and a mild skin astringency emerge in the aftertaste. Just enough acidity. Those who dislike tannins should decant a couple of hours before serving

Juicy but no lingering grout. Low tannins. Low acidity. Balanced.

Barbera from Washington state. Also does it for me. Pale ruby on the eye. Subtle red fruit on the nose and palate. High acidity, medium alcohol, short finish but it’s got decent structure to it and a joyful mouthfeel. Cheers.
