Got another ‘12. Established in 1971 when Giovanni Neri acquired a large estate in Montalcino. Aged for almost 4 years on oak, 100% Sangiovese. Ruby with aromas of ripe dark fruits, oak and spice. Full-bodied wine with medium+ acidity, fine developed smooth tannins with elegance & finesse. Ripe fruit flavors of cherry & strawberry, complex with notes of cacao, tobacco, toasty & earthiness on the long finish. Very nice, developed well. My Wow Wine!

Lovely wine! My score 90, drink to 2022
