Brancellao, Sousón, Caiño; 1/3 of each, Just a touch too rich

Again, one of the best, if not the best, producer for the money from the region. Chalk, herbs and overripe citrus have a tropical edge on the nose that emerges on the steely, salty, all-there-but-barely-there-at-all palate. A long shot with roast chicken and potatoes, favas, capers and preserved lemon, but it killed.

Accidentally opened this thinking it was its red cousin. Oh well. Honey nuts and lemon rind.

Very easy to drink and smooth. None of the after-burn/taste
