I was worried it might be past its prime, but I am delightfully surprised. There's still a touch of stone fruit and wet stones, but another layer of honeycomb and kerosene, too. Super rich texture with salinity to cut through.

There’s something incredibly exciting about Northern Spanish white wines, and this Ribeiro with a blend of Albarino, Godello and Treixadura is no exception. It is a still wine with a medium yellow color. There are soft floral, stone fruit, and citrus scents on the nose reminiscent of white flowers, white peach, and lemon curd. The pallet is explosively clean with crisp green apple, ripe pear, and fresh peach followed by lemon zest and honey with a wet stone finish. Medium alcohol, medium plus body, and a very balanced acidic profile. Delightful wine on the pallet with good vibrancy, good texture, very round, very smooth; so easy to keep drinking, you just don't get tired of it. I’ve said this before; so cliche but so true: Northern Spanish whites are dead-on great value. Cheers.
