B- sparkling Pinot noir. 2015 vintage. Borago restaurant in Chile. July 2018. Cherry syrup. Medicinal. Terrible. After two not great pinots I asked the sommelier to swap out the last wine,a sparkling Pinot noir rose and they refused. That was a tipping point. Any professionally run restaurant, and I have been to many, would do any patron this courtesy.
