This was harsh and uninteresting at first. Several days later it was actually very satin-y, rich, and with backbone still. It had an aged characteristic.

Still in good shape, and balanced with fruit. Didn’t pair well with hotdogs - at least the way we had them. Gonna try it a day later.

Very mellow, nice and smooth.
