Valle de Parras Merlot

This is an interesting Merlot from the oldest winery of the Americas. It’s lighter and more acidic than what one would expect from a French or Cali Merlot. At the same time, under the blasting Caribbean sun, this is a total plus. Almost feels like chugging Rose.
