Sparkling white, "Blanc de Blanc pas dosé", 12.5%, 60 months on the yeast ....that is 5 years!! Disgorged in early 2014, bottle tasted in June 2014. My first try of this unusual wine, which takes long time to make. The nose was crisp, in the mouth the taste of yeast was too prevalent at first, and there was a bit too much sweetness for me. I was pleasant, but not easy to pair with food in my opinion.
