Ribeiro Santo White Blend
Dry schist minerality with light oxidative base. Nice balance and good food wine.

Feb 2nd, 2022Mycket lovande försök på Encruzado. Känns som en utmanare till Albarino. Frisk och fräsch fruktighet. Fläder, lime, fänkål, päron. Markerad sälta i avslutet. Prisvärd!

Jun 17th, 2020Encruzado is arguably the most idiosyncratic Portuguese white varietal. This combination with Malvasia Fina, another star of the Dão terroir is quite amazing: an age-worthy wine with high minerality, well rounded acidity and notes of citrus fruits and apricot with a more than subtle hint of resin. It'll be a thrill to drink this in 2-5 years.
