Light gold color. On the nose notes of lemon zest, nice minerality with notes of wet gravel, nice peaches notes with a flowery finish. On the palate citrusy, cat pee specific to Sauvignon Blanc, really high acidity but overall nice balance. Reminds of new world Sauvignon Blanc. Really good quality and length on the palate with a lemon lime finish. Bought from Palermo for 10€. Really good quality for the money
