At Brace. No formal notes. Garnet color. Dark bramble fruit with hay bails, and stone like minerals. Long, satisfying finish. Served alongside a dish of risoni, crusco pepper and eel. Lovely.

Fascinating and delightful wine from the rare Centesimino grape made naturally. Lithe and pretty and very nose: red fruit - raspberry, plum, cherry; flowers - jasmine (?) and lily (?); white pepper and five spice. No oak. Full bodied. Medium plus grainy tannin. Medium acid. Pleasingly dry. Long finish. High alc in balance. Fruit character has a slight tartness that keeps this fresh. So yummy.
