A nice, refreshing Franciacorta... touch of brioche, almond, bright pink grapefruit and slight bitter grapefruit (seed) on finish...

Has that classic méthode champenoise brioche aspect. Citrus pith. Minerality. Really good.

Not as yeasty as expected for a wine that spent 6+ years on the lees. Lots of golden (bruised) apple, some pear juice, bitter lemon peel and bitter almond on the finish. Touch of honey, touch of that tangy yogurt/sourdough thing happening. Hint of RS but the acidity is banging.
