Pale, nearly colorless yellow. The nos has all the lemons, with lifted, sun-warmed oily zest, piquant l/tart juice and even a hint of the volcanic soil. Refreshing.

Opened yesterday, in the fridge overnight. On the nose: a touch of guava, ripe apple, green mango, with some herbs. On the palate: excellent acidity and very fresh, some green apple and guava, and solid density. Very enjoyable with a nice tangy green apple finish.
