Ca' del Sarto Prosecco

I am admittedly not a big fan of Prosecco, but this is lovely. Light effervescence, not too sweet , but not overly dry. A great balance. Refreshing, but not in a way that you would only enjoy on a hot sweltering day. A nice surprise
