Finest mousse. Lightest peach, lemon pith, ripe ginkgo, lime, persimmon, orchid concentrate and tangerine-thyme aromatically. Creamy mousse plays chalky with tangerine and lemon oil across the tongue seductively. Lime zest, lychee, apricot and a pure single drop of ripe lemon juice connects the creamy finish in a lovely way. Deep gold color. Grapefruit, lemon oil, apricot, brioche and rich lees flavor on the nose. Green apple, grapefruit and a little bit honey component on the palate. Rich, round texture, fresh acidity, slight bitter finish(grapefruit skin). Very nice! Disgorged spring 2016. 12.5% alc.
