I totally understand I opened this before I probably should, but I don’t regret it one but. New World Cab Franc made to absolute perfection. Smell brings a floral, green earth with butter/olive oil. First sip- (pure bliss) blueberry pie and dried lilac. As it sits, you get charred poblano peppers. American Oak really delivers. A truly inspiration wine, with a lot of thought.
